*A credit card is required to secure your booking.

  1. A thorough consultation is needed for each new guest before booking.

  2. Existing guests that have gone longer than 12 weeks between color should have a digital consultation and will be booked as a New Guest. Re-Consult here.

  3. I book 90 days running.(Meaning each day opens the next day at 90 days.)

  4. I only cut guests that have booked a color appointment. 

  5. Please arrive with enough time to change into a smock and get a beverage and be ready at the start of your appointment.

  6. To ensure smooth service, please arrive with clean, dry, and tangle-free hair.  If you have extensions, I ask you to have them removed before your appointment. I do not install or remove extensions.

  7. For a pleasant experience, I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. Unattended children under 13 and pets are not permitted in the salon.

  8. I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, a charge equal to the services booked will be applied to your card in order to rebook.

  9. In order to provide you with the best service, it's important to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in an incomplete service.

  10. Feel free to bring an extra article of clothing to change into, as an added precaution. While I strive to work cleanly, occasional drops of color may occur. I cannot be held responsible for any stained clothing.

    3. I WILL THEN SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST SERVICE FOR YOU, SO YOU CAN ARRIVE FEELING AT EASE.
